New Progressive Missionary Baptist Church Food Pantry is a beacon in the Roseland and Princeton Park Community serving those in need by means of food distribution and other resources-bringing the community together as a family. The Pantry is open to serve those who are in need of food assistance. We understand that among the many things that families may have to worry about in these troubling times, food shouldn’t be one of them.
About Us
The New Progressive MBC Food Pantry is open to the general public serving 60617, 60619, 60633, 60827, 60643, 60406, 60620 and 60628 zip code's. We distribute on Saturdays from 9a-11a. Clients who live outside of these parameters in need of assistance should contact the Greater Chicago Food Depository at 4100 W. Ann Lurie Place, Chicago, IL 60632 773-247-3663.
On the days of distribution, clients will receive non-perishable food items, meat, dairy, and fresh produce provided by the Greater Chicago Food Depository (as available). The Pantry operates solely off of donations and volunteerism.
